 Dr. Mike grew up in Western NY and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
He has a passion for traveling to exotic locations, going to the beach, and playing
soccer. He finds giving, loving, and serving the people of Wayne County extremely
fulfilling. Dr. Mike is married to the love of his life Dr. Torri Fair Gambacorta,
and they have two amazing boys, Alexander and Michael. He tries to spend as much
time with them as possible and loves teaching his boys new things, especially how
to play soccer. Dr. Mike and his wife Dr. Torri Fair had a dream and decided to
develop and opened this practice in Goldsboro in 2004.
While in high school, he was awarded a Division I Soccer Scholarship and spent 4
amazing years as a student athlete at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. He then graduated
with a bachelor degree in Biology and two minors, one in Environmental science and
the other in the Classics from Canisius College in 2000.
Dr. Mike had his career goals planned from a young age, and promptly began achieving
them after graduation. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he studied physical therapy
and received his accredited certification in physiological therapeutics. He then
moved to St. Louis and received his 2nd bachelor degree in Life Sciences and finally
his Doctorate from the prestigious Logan University in St. Louis, MO.
He practiced first in St. Louis and Indiana and then relocated to North Carolina
in 2004. He actively pursues many continuing education certifications, and he has
currently focused his interest on sports rehabilitation. He is an Ambassador for
the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and proudly represents the city of Goldsboro
and Wayne County.
